This review comes from one of my favorite people on the planet, Courtney Halip. She is the beauty and the brains behind the fantastic blog Come to Coco and between the blog, a full time job, raising an adorable little boy, and being a great friend to many she somehow still makes time to read (and review!) books. I have read this book as well and also loved it, despite the cheesy title. If you are ever caught brandishing this cover in a situation where you feel you shouldn't (for instance: you run into your boss on the subway) you can always rely on the very real excuse #CocoMadeMeDoit. Without further ado here is our next review in The Library:
Reviewer: Coco aka Courtney Halip of Come to Coco
Book title and author: The Husband's Secret By, Liane Moriarty
Overall Score: 8
A quick snippet about the book: "For my wife, Cecilia Fitzpatrick: To be opened only in the event of my death" Cecilia happens to find the above note written on an envelope in her attic. The story of The Husband's Secret unfolds from the third person perspectives of three women: Cecilia, Tess, and Rachel. The letter in that envelop will change them all. Chick lit at its' best :)
